The house is situated in a very quiet location with the most amazing views. The nearest amenities can be found in Arboleas, which is approximately 15-20 minutes away. In Arboelas there are: supermarkets, bakery, hairdressers, dentist, pharmacy, medical center, shops, etc. The beautiful beaches of Almeria are about 45 minutes away. The front door leads to a hall with a spacious double bedroom on both sides. Straight down the hall there is the open plan, fully fitted kitchen with a sitting room/dining room. From this room a hall leads to the stairs where there is first a bathroom. The stairs lead to the first floor with a bathroom with shower on the left and a bedroom next to it.
